In September 2025, I purchased a brand-new 2025 Skoda Superb from Doğuş Oto Esenyurt. From the first day of ownership, I began experiencing vibration issues at certain speeds. I reported the problem both to the dealership where I bought the car and, after returning to Konya, to the authorized Konmar Skoda service center.
Despite the fact that my car is brand new and under warranty, I was told I had to pay for a wheel balancing adjustment, which I refused. My car then stayed in the service center for one week, during which time I couldn’t use it at all.
The service staff admitted that the problem might be a chronic issue with the model. After I insisted, they claimed the problem was with the tires and reluctantly replaced three out of four tires. However, the vibration problem persisted after I got the vehicle back. A tire dealer later confirmed in writing that the tires were indeed defective.
To make matters worse, the person who introduced himself as the owner of the Konmar Konya service told me in a mocking tone, “You bought your car from Doğuş Oto in Istanbul, go there and set it on fire in front of their door.” Such behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful to a customer who paid a premium price for a supposedly high-quality vehicle.
My vehicle license plate is 42 HM 879.
I demand that Skoda officially apologize, compensate me for the distress caused, and replace all four tires free of charge with a different brand. I also request that Skoda thoroughly inspect this issue, as it may indicate a chronic defect in the 2025 Superb model.
