Honda Sold Me a Faulty 2024 HR-V Hybrid and Service Delayed Repairs for Months

On October 8, 2024, I purchased a brand-new 2024 Honda HR-V from 'Ayışığı Altunizade'. However, within just one month, my vehicle experienced a significant malfunction with all warning lights turning on simultaneously. When I took the car to the service center, they connected it to the diagnostic system and turned off the warnings. However, after driving for approximately one more hour, the lights turned on again. On November 27, I returned the car to 'Ayışığı Honda Plaza Altunizade'. I was informed that the hybrid motor battery was faulty and needed to be replaced. The part was ordered, but no specific delivery date was provided. Despite my repeated attempts to obtain information, the service center failed to contact me proactively. On December 23, I was finally informed that the part would arrive on January 31, 2025. It is unacceptable for a brand-new car to have such a critical malfunction, particularly with the hybrid motor battery. Furthermore, being asked to wait over two months for a resolution is a serious issue in terms of customer satisfaction. In this regard, my demands are as follows: The immediate repair of my vehicle. If the repair process is further delayed, a full refund, including the costs of all additional coatings I had installed at 'Ayışığı Honda Plaza', or a replacement vehicle with the same specifications. Additionally, I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the lack of customer service and solution-oriented approach at 'Ayışığı Honda Plaza Altunizade'.
