Skoda Enyaq Software Error Keeps Showing Warning and No Fix Provided

I picked up my Skoda Enyaq from the Skoda Aykan Oto Kartal dealership on August 1, 2025. Before I even left the dealership, a warning light came on on the dashboard. When I asked the dealership staff, they said this was a "local software issue related to sign reading" and that it would be fixed with a future update. However, I was not informed at the time of purchase that this feature was currently not working. Since delivery, I've encountered this warning every time I use it, and when I contacted customer service, they couldn't provide any clear information about when the software update would be available. I was simply told "the software is coming." I've learned that this issue is occurring on many of the brand's models, and I believe the company is inconveniencing its customers. It's clear that the problem won't be resolved until the software update is available. I request an additional favor, such as a gift, maintenance, or discount, to compensate for the inconvenience I've experienced during this time.
