Opel Astra Electric Sunroof Shade Defect Not Covered Under Warranty

The sunroof shade bracket (a small plastic piece about 0.5 cm) in my Opel Astra Electric has been broken for a long time. I took my car to the authorized Opel service center for this issue. The service team told me that similar problems have occurred in other vehicles as well, but the headquarters has rejected replacements under warranty. They asked me to pay ₺26,000 for the part replacement. This piece is not something that can be intentionally broken. In fact, I even said they could try breaking the same part on the other side with their hand, and if they managed to do so, I would accept it as user error. It is impossible for this part to break due to user misuse; it is clearly a manufacturing defect. Despite my vehicle still being under warranty, this chronic issue was excluded from warranty coverage, and an excessively high fee was demanded, leaving me at a disadvantage. I request that the sunroof shade be replaced free of charge under warranty.
