Unresolved Skechers Shoe Damage Claim





The Skechers shoes I purchased from Asics 8 months ago split open as shown in the attached images, despite minimal use for both feet (right and left). When I sent the product for inspection, the company informed me that it was not a production-related issue. This situation leads me to understand the following: The company is saying that they now produce outdoor shoes in such a way that after 8 months, they split open everywhere, and you float in water. As someone who works from home and doesn't have much chance to wear shoes extensively, I do not accept shoe splitting so easily. I have resubmitted with request number 1-14319 for re-inspection. If the review is negative, I will also apply to the Arbitration Committee, but this seriously constitutes customer dissatisfaction (I say this in the most polite manner). I will share this on all social media platforms and everywhere else.
