Skechers Skech-Air Ventura Sole Melting And Falling Apart

I purchased a pair of Skechers Skech-Air Ventura walking shoes from the Skechers store at Özdilek Shopping Mall, operated by ECT Retail Textile Food Industry and Trade Ltd., approximately one year ago. Despite not using the shoes very intensively, the bottom part of the sole has started to melt and is about to tear and fall apart, which I find unacceptable for a product of this brand and price level. I request that my Skechers Skech-Air Ventura shoes be checked and that they be exchanged with a new pair, as the current condition of the sole makes the shoes unusable and raises doubts about their durability. I kindly ask for my complaint to be evaluated and for a product exchange to be provided as soon as possible.
