Skechers Shoes Without Quality Control

I bought a pair of Skechers brand shoes for my daughter from their official website. Before the 30 days were up, I saw deformation in the ankle parts of the shoes, deformation in the upper parts, and openings in the front toe section, so I contacted Customer Services and sent them by cargo to the address they specified for inspection. A week later, they sent it back to me with the explanation that there was no problem arising from production, without even needing any detailed explanation. I think it would not be wrong to say that not even deigning to answer the question of how girls' shoes, for which we have just started installments, can be so deformed, and doing so with the freedom to ignore people, especially in our country because they are a so-called Global brand, is neither ethical nor commercial. The fact that there are many similar complaints on various social media on behalf of the company and the insensitivity of the company's Turkish managers to this also indicates the need for a separate comment.
Dear Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. Skechers Customer Communication Center
