Skechers Shoes Ripped After 5 Months and They Denied Any Production Fault

Skechers Shoes Ripped After 5 Months and They Denied Any Production Fault
76

On May 8, 2024, I purchased a pair of shoes from the Skechers Torium branch, and after only five months, they ripped at the seam. I sent them in for inspection, expecting a fair review, but I was told, “There is no fault due to production.” I’m deeply let down by this response. I’ve worn Skechers shoes before, and those lasted me six years without any issues, but this pair didn’t even make it to five months. It’s disheartening to experience such a decline in quality from a brand I once trusted. If this problem isn’t addressed, I plan to file a complaint with Consumer Rights. I hope Skechers will take this issue seriously and provide a proper solution.
