Skechers Shoe Showing Wear Within a Week

It's only been a week since I purchased my Skechers shoes, and the inside lining has begun to wear and fray. As a result, I sent the product for inspection. Despite having previously used this brand and this level of quality, this is the first time I've encountered such a problem. Even the store employees were taken aback, saying, "Normally, this shouldn't happen." However, after the examination, they claimed that the brand had no factory defects and returned the shoes to me. It's disappointing that a well-known brand like this wouldn't stand behind a shoe I've only worn for a week. I'm deeply disappointed that the situation was not escalated to a higher level of authority and resolved. I respectfully request that the appropriate parties address this complaint and remedy my situation.
