Skechers Selmen Cormack Shoes Are Not Waterproof as Claimed

I purchased a pair of Skechers Selmen Cormack model shoes just two months ago, and now they are already leaking water. When I submitted them for inspection, I was informed that it was considered a user error, despite no visible deformations on the exterior. The brand fails to uphold its commitment and doesn't stand by the waterproof feature of its shoes.
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for taking the time to bring this matter to our attention. We have initiated our investigation regarding the issue and will contact you during the day. Skechers Customer Communication Center

Contact was made and it was said that the problem was not production-related. I will apply to the Consumer Rights Court. The fact that you do not even provide a 2-month warranty for your shoes made me question your confidence as a company. If you do not trust your own products, why should we trust them?
