Skechers Does Not Accept Returns On Defective Footwear!

I bought Skechers walking shoes for my daughter to wear when school started at the Akbati Boyner Store on June 24, 2023. She wore the shoes for the first time on September 11, 2023, and within just 2 weeks, both shoes started peeling on the upper part. My daughter is careful with her shoes, and if she's experiencing the same issues on both shoes, it's more likely due to manufacturing defects rather than damage caused by her. Skechers makes awesome shoes, but unfortunately, they don't support their products like they should. Even though they make a lot of money, they don't provide any help. We've dealt with similar problems before, and when I went back to Boyner, I noticed three other people in line who had similar issues that hadn't been resolved. Skechers cares more about making sales than providing support. I won't buy their shoes anymore, even though I usually buy 3-4 pairs every month. I tried reaching out to customer service, but they couldn't help me at all. Thanks a lot, Skechers, for nothing but letting me down.

I conveyed the issue to the consumer board. The company denied it again, claiming it was user-related. We're just passing the buck like this. Honestly, it's frustrating. Think twice before buying Skechers shoes. The brand has become arrogant as it has grown. Customer satisfaction is zero.

No one is inquiring or providing solutions; they are completely ignoring it. We were very satisfied with this brand as a family, but unfortunately, they do not stand behind their products when issues arise.

Our case at the Consumer Arbitration Committee is still ongoing. This company is so troublesome that they even provide information to the Arbitration Committee at the end of the legal 15-day period just to prolong the process. It is a company devoid of character that disregards its customers. It was their customers who brought this company to where it is today, and they forget this very quickly. Try to avoid using this brand as much as possible.
