I bought a pair of Skechers shoes from the Capitol store and wore them no more than 50 times—yet they’re already unwearable. The outer soles of both the right and left shoes peeled off in the same area. I sent them in for inspection, expecting some level of accountability from the brand. But instead, they came back with a standard response: “user error.”
To be clear, the only "error" was walking in them, which is literally what shoes are made for. If just walking causes this kind of damage, then your product is seriously flawed. I’m incredibly disappointed by Skechers' refusal to take responsibility.
From now on, I won’t be buying Skechers again—and I strongly advise others not to either. I demand a full refund or replacement for a product that failed under completely normal conditions.
