I purchased a pair of Skechers Dynamight 2 sneakers directly from the Skechers website on April 28, 2023. Despite using them only in dry, indoor environments with light wear, both shoes developed identical tears—clearly a sign of poor material quality or manufacturing defects.
I submitted the shoes for inspection twice, and both times my request was rejected without a proper explanation. I’m extremely disappointed by how Skechers is handling this situation. I followed all usage guidelines, yet the product failed far earlier than expected.
This is unacceptable for a global brand known for comfort and durability. I’m reaching out here because I’ve exhausted normal channels. I demand that Skechers acknowledge this defect and either refund or replace the shoes immediately. Please resolve this issue—I won’t let it go unnoticed.
