Hear My Waterproof Boots Fiasco, Skechers' Unfulfilled Promise

The boots they sold, claiming to be waterproof, let water in. I used them only twice, and each time my feet ended up soaked. The product is advertised as having no laces and, therefore, should be waterproof. However, when we sent it for inspection, the result came back with a note saying the product is intact. They are practically mocking people. It's not pleasant at all to see customers being treated this way, and the company doesn't stand behind the boots they sell. This is an unacceptable situation that doesn't befit the Skechers brand.
