I'm very unhappy with the Skechers shoes I bought from you because they developed noticeable wear and tear on the sides and even tore at the leather in a remarkably short period of 5 months. When I sent them in for testing, I was disappointed to learn that it was due to a user error. I'm not sure how such rapid deterioration can be considered user error. Even shoes from lesser-known brands outperform this. When I contacted customer service for help, I was met with unhelpful responses, adding to my frustration. Frustrated and disappointed, I am forced to take this matter to the Consumer Court for resolution. This experience has left me dissatisfied, and I will never recommend Skechers to anyone in my social circle again. My expectations were not met in terms of quality or customer service.
