Skechers Boots Fell Apart After Few Uses and Refund Request Was Denied

I bought a pair of Skechers boots, anticipating the usual quality and durability associated with the brand. Unfortunately, after just a handful of uses, the sides of the boots began to tear apart. When I asked for a refund, I was informed that the damage was attributed to user error. I shared my experience and even proposed that they purchase the same boots, use them in identical conditions, and observe the outcomes for themselves. They chose to cut off the conversation instead of addressing my concern. Unfortunately, I've observed that the price of the boots has increased significantly over the past year. I am quite disappointed with the way this situation has been managed and I cannot recommend Skechers to anyone. It appears that there are some shortcomings in both quality and customer care.
