I rented a vehicle from Sixt at Kosovo Airport (Reservation No: 9717929401). When I picked up the car, I took full video recordings of both the interior and exterior as proof of its condition. Despite this, when I returned the vehicle, the Sixt staff claimed there was stone chip damage on the windshield—a claim that I know is false.
I showed them the footage clearly documenting the car's condition prior to use, including the windshield, but they refused to accept the evidence. They went ahead and charged my full deposit anyway. This experience feels like a blatant attempt to exploit customers, and it’s completely unacceptable.
Sixt, I demand an immediate refund of my deposit and a formal acknowledgment of the documentation I provided. I will never use your company again and strongly advise others to stay away. This kind of behavior damages trust and shows a clear lack of fairness toward your customers. Take responsibility and make this right.
