Sinbo SCM 2984 Coffee Maker Tripping Fuse Safety Risk And Refund Request

I have been using the Sinbo SCM 2984 Turkish coffee maker since September 11, 2025. From the beginning there were occasional overflows during use, but in the last 4–5 days a much more serious problem has emerged. Every time the device is plugged in and turned on, it consistently trips the fuse, which creates a serious concern for us in terms of both safety and usability. Due to this situation, we no longer feel safe using the product at home. I contacted Sinbo via their WhatsApp line and explained the issue, but I have not received any response so far. The combination of a safety risk and lack of feedback has completely undermined our trust in both the product and the manufacturer. Given these circumstances, I do not want the device to be repaired or replaced. I request a full refund for the Sinbo SCM 2984 Turkish coffee maker and expect this process to be handled quickly and without further inconvenience.
