I want to cancel my “Weight Loss Plan” membership on the Simple Life app after the trial period ends. However, I am unable to complete the cancellation through the app on my Android device. I cannot find the login link for member access, and I’m unable to log in, which prevents me from canceling my subscription. I tried multiple times today but was unable to resolve the issue.
I also attempted several ways to contact customer service, but I was unable to get any support. On October 20, 2025, a charge of $19 was made to my card. My order ID is eqxjrkujj, and my membership started on the same date.
