Silkroad Online blocked my account, alleging the use of a Turkey Proxy IP, which is untrue. I have never used a Proxy IP. When I explained this, they claimed that D-Smart, my internet service provider, provides Proxy IPs to its customers. As a regular home internet user, I utilize whatever IP my provider assigns – something beyond my control. Despite reporting the situation, they haven't lifted the account block. While intentional Proxy IP users roam freely, my account remains unjustly barred from the game.
