Wrongfully Banned on Battlefield 5 Without Evidence or Support
I was unjustly banned from Battlefield 5, and I’m incredibly frustrated with EA’s lack of resolution. Initially, the game displayed a "GO Online" error when I tried to play. Assuming it was a routine EA issue, I researched solutions online and even contacted my internet provider to change my IP address, but nothing worked. After not playing for 3-4 months, I attempted to log in again, only to receive a "Banned" message.
When I contacted EA Help, they accused me of cheating. This is false—I’ve never used cheats, bugs, or unfair methods. I am a skilled player who enjoys the game legitimately, and I do not need such things. When I refuted their claim, they said I violated the user agreement without providing any evidence.
I even explained that I was using my main Steam account to play. If I were cheating, why would I risk my primary account? Despite my detailed explanations and attempts to provide proof, EA refuses to lift the ban. Does anyone know how to resolve this? I am deeply disappointed and expect EA to review and rectify this unfair ban immediately.
