I Bought a Silkroad Online Proxy from Wiaproxy but It Constantly Disconnects and Lags

I purchased a proxy service for Silkroad Online TR from a site called Wiaproxy. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The proxy disconnects every 200–300 minutes, making the game virtually unplayable for extended sessions.

On top of that, the ping values constantly spike above 1000 ms, causing unbearable lag and ruining gameplay entirely. This is nowhere near the stable connection that was advertised.

When I reached out for support, the attitude I received was dismissive and unprofessional. They spoke as if they were offering the service for free, ignoring the fact that I paid for a working product.

This level of service is unacceptable for any paid proxy solution, especially one that targets a game as latency-sensitive as Silkroad.

I’m demanding either a stable replacement proxy, a refund, or proper technical support. If not resolved quickly, I’ll be warning other users publicly to avoid this unreliable provider.
