Disney+ Blocked My Access Despite Full Payment – No Solution Provided
I initially subscribed to Disney+ monthly from Northern Cyprus (KKTC) and later upgraded to a yearly membership, paying the full annual fee. Until recently, I could watch without any issues, but now, I can’t access my account at all.
There are no IP restrictions, as our internet connections route through Turkey, so that’s not the issue. I even had a long phone call with a Disney+ representative yesterday, but they failed to provide a solution. My internet provider confirmed that they have been following up on this issue with Disney+ for a long time, yet nothing has been resolved.
The Disney+ agent promised to call me back, but that never happened. I paid for the full year, yet I can’t use the service, and no one is taking responsibility. This is unacceptable! Disney+, fix this issue immediately or issue a refund!
