Siemens Water Dispenser Failed Twice in a Year and Lost My Trust

I purchased a bottom-loading water dispenser from Siemens, but its motor was replaced under warranty because it failed to draw water. After a year, the same issue occurred again, leaving me frustrated and questioning the product’s durability. Despite paying a premium for the brand, I expected far better performance and reliability. How can a brand like Siemens produce such a poor-quality product? I asked friends who use other brands, and they’ve been using theirs for 4-5 years without encountering this problem. This repeated failure has made me lose confidence in the brand, which I once trusted for quality. All the appliances in my home are Siemens, but I’ll never buy a Siemens product again, and I’ll discourage anyone else from doing so. Siemens has become an ordinary brand.
