I contacted Siemens authorized service early in the morning at 10:45 AM to report that my refrigerator was not cooling, and I was concerned that my food would spoil. I was told that a technician could arrive anytime during the day, up until 8:00 PM. I left multiple messages emphasizing the urgency of the situation. At 5:04 PM, I received a call from the Elmadağ service center, informing me that a technician would be directed to my home within an hour.
Three hours later, the same representative called again, saying that I should wait another hour for the technician to arrive. By this time, all the food in my refrigerator was spoiled. I told them not to bother coming anymore and that I would file a complaint. The representative apologized and said that they should have called earlier, but it was up to me whether to proceed with the complaint.
I wasted my entire day waiting at home, lost all my perishable food, and was extremely stressed by the end of the day. This experience has made me seriously reconsider ever purchasing Siemens appliances again.
