Siemens Paddle Box Faded After Cleaning and I Am Requesting a Product Exchange

I recently bought a paddle box from Siemens, but unfortunately, I've already run into a problem with it. During the process of cleaning the area around the LED section to remove oils, it became apparent that the colors beneath began to fade. I have some concerns regarding the materials used or the possibility of a manufacturing defect. It's disappointing to encounter this issue so soon after purchasing a product from a reputable brand like Siemens. It's unexpected and frustrating. I would like to request an exchange for the product, as I find this issue to be unacceptable for a brand-new item. I expect Siemens to promptly address this matter and provide a suitable solution.

The return was processed, but they said it was user error. The person who came to the service had an attitude and conversations that were aimed at blaming the customer. I mentioned that the LED glass inside was also yellowing; they said it was not covered by the warranty. They didn't even accept a complaint, saying they couldn't write it down. I forced the man who came to write it. When they returned, they said they could only replace the LEDs. I said I would apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board and told the service person that I was also complaining about them. I received no response at all. Stay away from this brand.
