Siemens Ignored My Complaints About Pilling Tearing and Fading Issues

Siemens technical service provides no assistance regarding issues such as pilling, tearing, and fading. They come up with an excuse and leave without addressing the problem. Despite my repeated attempts to explain the situation, they continue to ignore my concerns. We thought they were a world-renowned brand that stands behind their products, but unfortunately, we faced a situation worse than with other brands, and there is no one to take responsibility. Customer service, instead of understanding the customer and finding a solution as promised, accepts everything the technical service says and fails to resolve our issues. It feels as though they are deliberately avoiding accountability. They offer no help and have made me deeply regret purchasing their product.
