Unable To Access My Sidra Chain Account Due To Ongoing Review

I have been using the Sidra crypto platform and my account has been shown as “under review” since early last month. The platform only displays the statement “account under review” and does not provide any further explanation about the reason or the process. Because of this ongoing review, I cannot use my account as normal and I am concerned about how long this situation will continue. I have not yet been able to get any information or support directly from Sidra regarding what is being checked or when it will be completed. I request that Sidra immediately complete the review on my account, clearly inform me of the result, and restore my ability to use my account without further delay.
