I am writing regarding my Sidra Wallet account registered with the email address ikramja***[email protected], which was deactivated in Vietnam about 10 days ago. Since that date, I have not been able to log in to my account at all, and every attempt to access it fails without any clear explanation or warning about the reason for this deactivation. This situation is causing me serious inconvenience because I am unable to use the services linked to this wallet, and I also had a balance in the account at the time it was deactivated.
