Request For Clarification On Sidra Account Deactivation
My Sidra account was suddenly deactivated on 07/06/2026 without any prior notice or explanation. Since that date, I have not been able to access my account at all. I have not received any email, SMS, or notification from Sidra explaining the reason for this deactivation, and I have not been informed of any issue such as verification, missing documents, or suspicious activity. I also have not yet contacted customer support, because I first want a clear and formal explanation and a quick resolution of this problem through this complaint. My registered email with Sidra is abdulla***[email protected] and my ID number is 66303280***. I kindly request that my account be urgently reactivated and that I be informed of the exact reason why it was deactivated in the first place.
