Sidra Chain Claiming Problem Issue
I am experiencing an ongoing problem with Sidra Chain regarding the daily token claim feature. On certain days, I am unable to claim my daily token at all. There is no error message displayed; the claim simply does not work on those days, while it works normally on others. This issue has been continuing for about 1 month and I have not yet contacted your support team directly about it. Because of this situation, I am missing out on tokens that I should be able to claim regularly. I kindly request that this problem with the daily token claim be investigated and fixed, and that I be allowed to claim my daily tokens properly going forward.
