Sidra Chain Account Deactivated After KYC

My Sidra Chain account has been deactivated. I completed my KYC, and I have been mining, but when I tried to access my account this morning, it showed as deactivated. Please note that I have only one account, and I struggled a lot before finally getting verified. I kindly request your assistance. Thanks in advance.

I have been unable to use my Sidra Chain account in Abuja, Nigeria for more than two weeks because it was deactivated. Since then, I have repeatedly submitted complaints to the support team, but my account is still not reactivated and I have not received a satisfactory solution.
This situation has caused serious inconvenience, as I am unable to access the services linked to my account despite following the required support channels several times. I find it very frustrating that the issue has continued for this long without being properly resolved.
I kindly request the immediate reactivation of my Sidra Chain account without any further delay and a clear confirmation once this has been done.
