Sidra Chain Account Blocked Due To Face Mismatch - No Support

On 27 November 2025, my Sidra Chain account was blocked during the login process because the system claimed that my face did not match the previous records. The only change in my appearance is that I recently cut all my hair, and due to this, I am now unable to access my account. I contacted Sidra Chain customer support today regarding this blocking issue, but so far I have not received any response or solution from them, and my account remains locked. I find it very upsetting that a simple change in hairstyle has completely prevented me from using my account. I kindly request that my login be urgently unlocked and that my account be reactivated, either by updating my facial verification or by offering me a different and secure verification method so that I can use Sidra Chain services again without interruption.
