Request To Reopen My Account And Restore Access For KYC Completion

I was using the Sidra Chain Android app when, on 10 June, I mistakenly closed my account while I was in the process of completing my second KYC verification. After the account was closed, I have not been able to log in again, so I could not contact support from within the app or continue my KYC process. My main request is that my Sidra Chain account be reopened and my access to it restored so that I can continue and complete my KYC verification. I kindly ask you to help me recover my account as soon as possible so I can keep using your services. I also want to express my appreciation for your work and dedication towards the development of Sidra Chain and thank you in advance for your assistance.
