Request To Disable 2FA On Sidra Chain Account
I am writing regarding a serious access problem with my Sidra Chain account. About one week ago, I lost my phone and with it my access to the Google Authenticator app. Since then, I have been unable to obtain the 2FA codes required to log in, so I cannot access my Sidra Chain account at all. After losing access, I tried to contact Sidra Chain support directly to request help with disabling 2FA or providing another way to recover my account, but so far I have not received any response or solution. Being locked out of my account for this long is causing me a lot of concern. I kindly request that Sidra Chain urgently helps me regain access to my account by disabling 2FA after verifying my identity through appropriate security checks, or by providing a secure alternative recovery method linked to my registered email address. I expect this issue to be handled as soon as possible and I would like to be informed clearly about the steps I need to follow.
