I am writing to request the reactivation of my Sidra account, which is linked to my Google login email address: halifaa***[email protected]. Around 10 days ago, while attempting the second KYC verification, I mistakenly proceeded without carefully reading the instructions, and as a result my account appears to have been deactivated or restricted. Since then, when I try to access my Sidra account on my iPhone, I only see the “Recommended – instant sign-in, no code to wait for” screen and I am unable to log in to my account properly. I cannot complete access and it seems there is some restriction or issue preventing a successful login. I kindly request that my Sidra account be reactivated and that any restrictions or issues preventing me from logging in with my email address be removed. I would like to regain full access to my account and, if necessary, be allowed to redo or correct my KYC verification so I can continue using the service without problems. I respectfully ask you to review my case and assist me in restoring full access to my Sidra account as soon as possible.
