My Sidra Chain account was hacked, and I can’t log the hacker out. I’ve already changed my password to something very complicated, but it didn’t help. I can’t receive an OTP, so I’m unable to force a logout on all devices. I’ve tried many ways to remove the hacker, but nothing has worked — the hacker is still logged in. What is the real and official email address of the Sidra Chain customer support team so I can report this issue and get proper help?
