My Sidra Account Disappeared and 400 SDA Coins Are Missing
I have been using my Sidra account since 2022, logged in via my Gmail address, and in the last two weeks my original account appears to have been unlinked. When I log in now, the system shows me a completely new account, and all my previous data and transaction history have disappeared. In my original account I had approximately 400 SDA coins, but they are no longer visible or traceable in the current account view. I only realized there was a problem when I logged in and found that everything looked like a brand‑new profile with none of my past information. I tried to contact Sidra support about this situation, but support is not working and I have not been able to get any assistance or explanation so far. I am very concerned about the loss of my data and SDA balance. I kindly request that my original Sidra account from 2022, linked to my Gmail login, be restored together with all my data and approximately 400 SDA coins, and that I be informed about what caused this issue.
