The reason you can’t find a cancellation option in ShortsWave is because it usually doesn’t exist inside the app itself.
Subscriptions are managed by the platform you used to subscribe (Apple App Store or Google Play), not the ShortsWave interface.
If you’re on iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ShortsWave → Cancel Subscription.
If the cancel button is missing, it likely means the subscription is already canceled or tied to a different Apple ID.
On Android, open Google Play Store → profile icon → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions → ShortsWave → Cancel. This is the only place that actually stops billing, even if the app itself shows no option.
If you still can’t find it, join others who’ve shared their stories and found solutions. File your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
