I have a ShortsWave subscription that I have been trying to cancel for about a week through the internet, but I am unable to complete the cancellation process. There is no option to cancel my subscription on the ShortsWave website, and the site directs me to email them for cancellation, but they do not respond to any of my emails. I am located in the USA and I have contacted ShortsWave customer support multiple times regarding this issue, yet I have not received any reply so far. The lack of communication and the inability to cancel my subscription despite my repeated attempts are causing me serious discomfort. I request that my ShortsWave subscription be cancelled immediately and that a clear confirmation of this cancellation be provided to me without any further delay.
