Need Help Cancelling ShortsWave Subscription
I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with my weekly Shortswave subscription, which I started on 6/1. Since 6/5 I have been trying to cancel this subscription but have not been able to do so. When I look for a way to cancel, I cannot find any option within Shortswave to end the subscription, and it is also not appearing under my subscriptions on Apple, so I am unable to cancel it from there either. Because there is no visible cancellation path, I am effectively stuck in a subscription I do not wish to continue. I have already contacted Shortswave support twice about this issue but have not received any response so far. My clear request is that my weekly subscription be cancelled immediately and that I receive confirmation that no further charges will be made.
