Shortwave Drama Subscription Cannot Be Cancelled Through Google Play

I have a paid subscription to the Shortwave Drama service and I want it to be cancelled, but I am unable to do so because the subscription does not appear in my Google Play Store subscriptions. There is no visible option for me to manage or cancel it through Google Play, so I am effectively stuck paying for a service I no longer want. I have already contacted you by email from my address [email protected] to request cancellation, but I have not received any response. Since I cannot see the subscription in my Google Play account, I have no way to stop future charges by myself. I request that my Shortwave Drama subscription be cancelled immediately and that you confirm this to me in writing as soon as possible. If there are any active or upcoming charges, I also request that you ensure no further payments are taken after the cancellation date.
