ShortsWave Cancellation - Unable To Cancel

I obtained my Shortswave monthly membership through Facebook and have been unable to cancel it despite multiple attempts. There is no option to cancel the subscription either within the app or through my phone’s download or account services, and I have been charged $17.99 during this period. Since noticing the issue on 5/25/2026, I have searched for ways to reach Shortswave and the only contact information I could find was various email addresses. I sent several emails, but I did not receive any response and still have no way to manage or terminate my membership. I am using the service via Facebook in the US and there is no clear cancellation path connected to that login method. I request that my Shortswave membership, which was created via Facebook, be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are taken from me.
