Cancellation Of ShortMax Innovation Subscription
I am writing to report an unauthorized renewal on my Shortmax Innovation subscription and to request the immediate cancellation of this subscription together with a full refund. Since 12 February 2026, my Mastercard debit card in the name of Sherwin M*** has been charged repeatedly every week for this subscription, for a total amount of 27 €. I did not authorize these ongoing weekly renewals and I was not informed or asked for clear consent for such charges. I have not yet contacted either Shortmax Innovation or my bank about this issue; instead, I am first asking the company directly to resolve it. I request that my Shortmax Innovation subscription be cancelled immediately, that any active or future renewals be blocked, and that the full amount of 27 € already taken be refunded to me. I kindly ask you to process this cancellation and refund as soon as possible and to confirm the actions taken in writing.
