Shortmax Subscription Cannot Be Canceled on App or Google Play

I purchased a one-time weekly membership through Shortmax Innovations Inc. However, there is no option to cancel my subscription, either within the app or through Google Play. Because of this, since November 20, I have been continuously receiving emails stating that my “subscription renewal failed.”
The subscription was registered to the email address h*******@gmail.com**, and I also deleted the account linked to that email. Despite this, I continue to receive the same emails. I have repeatedly requested cancellation of my subscription via email, but I have received no response at all.
At the moment, it appears that payment has not been taken because there is no balance in my account, but I am concerned that as soon as there is money available, a charge attempt will be made. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately, that automatic renewal be completely stopped, and that no attempts be made to charge my account under any circumstances.
