ShortMax Subscription Charging Weekly After Cancellation
I had a subscription to the ShortMax service from ShortMax Innovations through Google Play, which I canceled on December 22, 2025. Despite this cancellation, ShortMax Innovations has continued to charge my card $19.99 every week. Since canceling, I have been charged on the following dates: 12/26/2025, 01/08/2026 (twice), 01/22/2026 (twice), 02/05/2026, 02/17/2026, 02/19/2026 and 03/04/2026. In total, there have been nine charges after cancellation, amounting to $179.91. Some of these charges were even made twice on the same day. The subscription is linked to my Google Play account under the email address: tuckerz***@gmail.com. I have tried to reach out to ShortMax Innovations about these ongoing, unauthorized charges but I have not received any response. I have been struggling with this issue for months and it is very frustrating to keep seeing these withdrawals from my bank account after I canceled properly through Google Play. I request an immediate full refund of the total $179.91 that has been charged since December 22, 2025, and written confirmation that my subscription is fully canceled so that no further payments will be taken from my bank account.
