Continued Issues With ShortMax Innovations Subscription

I have been experiencing ongoing billing problems with my ShortMax Innovations subscription, despite having cancelled it correctly. For about the past two months I have been charged multiple times in a week, every week, for a subscription that I no longer wish to use. Each charge is for $19.99 USD, and the most recent unauthorized charge was notified to me today, 03/07/2026. I initially subscribed via the ShortMax Innovations website or through the App Store, and to avoid any mistake on my side I tried different methods to make sure I cancelled my subscription properly on all platforms. Even though I have cancelled any and all subscriptions linked to my account, the charges are still continuing. My subscription was registered under the email address: gmg***[email protected]. I request that all incorrect charges for the last two months be fully refunded and that my subscription and any associated recurring payments be permanently cancelled so that no further charges are made to my account. I also ask for written confirmation that my account has been closed and that no future billing will occur.
