I had a subscription with ShortMax, which I cancelled on 17 September 2025, but despite this, they have continued to bill me. Since that date, I have been charged 6 times on my credit card, even though I am no longer using the service and had clearly requested cancellation. I am based in Mpumalanga, South Africa, and I have already tried to resolve this by sending emails to ShortMax, but I have not received a satisfactory solution, and the debits have continued. I request that ShortMax immediately stop debiting my account and provide a full refund for all unauthorized debits that have been processed after my cancellation on 17 September 2025.
