Shortmax Charges Me Again Even Though I Tried to Cancel My Subscription

I started a 7-day membership in the Shortmax app, and I wanted to cancel this membership from the very first day. Despite trying many times through the App Store subscription cancellation section, I was unable to complete the cancellation due to a “connection error” message. Even though I wanted to cancel the membership, my account was charged again today, which has caused me inconvenience.

Despite my repeated attempts to cancel, when I was wrongfully charged today, I was forced to call my bank and block my card. Being charged for a membership I could not cancel and having to block my card because of this situation has caused me significant distress.

I request that my membership be fully canceled with no possibility of renewal, and that the amount charged to me today be refunded.
