Shortmax Keeps Charging Me but Won’t Show in Play Store Subscriptions

My subscription to the Shortmax app renewed about two days ago, and nearly 450 TL was charged to my account. However, when I go to the subscriptions section in the Google Play Store, my Shortmax subscription does not appear at all. Because of this, I cannot cancel the subscription through the normal process.
Although I have receipts and records in my Google Play payment history showing that the payment was taken, I am unable to take action on my own because the subscription is not listed. I request that my subscription be made visible in the system and canceled immediately so that it does not renew again.
I can share the payment receipt and screenshots if necessary. I respectfully ask that this matter be reviewed and that I be informed as soon as possible, and that my subscription be terminated without any issues.
